We are currently seeking an Intermediate-Senior Level Architect who is looking to join a collaborative team based in midtown Manhattan. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience, and have the following skills:
- Degree in Architecture from a United States educational institution required and NYC experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team setting and highly motivated
- Able to communicate effectively with strong verbal/written skills and to collaborate with clients, builders and vendors to ensure quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
- Experience on educational/institutional buildings and community centers in all phases of design/construction from Schematic Design through Construction Administration
- Good Technical aptitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent REVIT skills
- Adobe Suite and Bluebeam skills a plus
- On track to licensure or licensed is preferred
- Salary commensurate with experience
