3D Architectural Visualization Designer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- Minimum of three (3) years of design experience, preferably in high-end and/or multi – family residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, 3Ds Max and V-Ray, AutoCAD and other 3D modeling and rendering tools.
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and coordination skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong eye for design, detail, and architectural representation is required.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs for client presentations, competitions, publications, and marketing efforts
- Collaborate closely with design teams throughout all phases, from concept to construction documentation
- Create accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches, and Revit/BIM outputs
- Manage multiple visualization deliverables and deadlines efficiently
- Post-process imagery to elevate clarity, mood, and narrative
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine visual output
- Help build and maintain DXA’s visualization standards, asset library, and workflows
- Stay current with emerging tools, techniques, and industry trends
Additional Requirements
- Based in the New York City area and available to start immediately
Compensation
- Starting salary from $70,000, commensurate with experience
