Position Overview: Marketing / Strategist
We are seeking a talented, full-time Marketing / Strategist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day posting, editing, and optimization of content across a variety of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Work with the principal and other team members to execute a content curation process, publishing strategy, and social content calendar; crafting copy and sourcing images in line with the Tighe brand and the firm’s overall business strategy
- Provide analytics and insight derived from our social media accounts
- Stay current on social media developments, emerging technologies, communications best practices, and trends in the social media sphere, as well as the competitive landscape
- Assist with the identification, analysis, and production of proposal and qualification packages
- Support broader marketing efforts including brand messaging, email campaigns, and website content as needed
Skills / Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, architectural background a plus
- In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape
- Proficiencies across the social media landscape
- Exceptional writing skills
- Exceptional project and time management skills with the ability to maintain flexibility in an ever-changing dynamic environment
