GVI is looking for a Lead Architect to lead architectural development while coordinating teams and ensuring design quality throughout the project.
THE ROLE
- Lead architectural design and development across project phases.
- Translate design concepts into coordinated architectural solutions.
- Coordinate architects, designers, consultants and other disciplines.
- Review drawings, models and technical documentation.
- Ensure quality, consistency and timely delivery of project work.
- Support design and technical decision-making.
- Help resolve architectural and coordination challenges.
- Guide and mentor architects within the project team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Experience leading architectural teams and complex projects.
- Strong design development and technical documentation experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong multidisciplinary coordination skills.
- Advanced English.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio required.
