Graphic Coordinator

C+GA is seeking an intrepid, organized, and detail-oriented Graphic Coordinator with a knack for creativity and a background in the architectural and design industry to join our team. You will collaborate with design teams and our Marketing department to amplify the firm’s mission and values by developing hi-quality graphic marketing collateral, including proposals, presentations, award submissions and competition entries; and support architectural teams on graphic representation of projects, and establishing templates. More specifically, the Graphics Coordinator will:

  • Work directly with senior firm leaders, architects and marketing team in our 45+ person office
  • Design and develop various digital materials for print and digital collateral to business development activities
  • Support project graphic materials
  • Ensure brand consistency
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, prepare graphic layouts for presentation, social media, events, speaking engagements, proposals, and brochures.
  • Organize, manage, and produce marketing collateral with multiple revisions
  • Develop visuals for web, social media and other digital platforms
  • Enhance consistent firmwide graphic communication, and ensure it aligns with firm’s brand and enhances its visual identity.
  • In collaboration with architects, develop design standards for architectural imagery/illustrations/diagrams to streamline workflows and maintain consistency across projects, including graphic templates, tools and digital asset libraries.
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
  • Maintain and organize the firm’s: Photo library, Visual assets, such as drawings, renderings, and photography, and Marketing and project based Layout templates

The Graphics Coordinator should have the following skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of: Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, Social media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, Zoom and other videoconferencing technologies
  • Good knowledge of Revit and 3D programs such as Enscape
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a time sensitive environment and successfully execute and prioritize multiple deadlines when needed
  • Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, font)
  • Prior experience in the Architecture and design industry required
  • Photography, videography, and multi-media editing skills a plus
  • Knowledge of web design and content management systems a plus
  • Prior experience with Open Access a plus

Salary range for this position is $55,000-65,000, subject to adjustment based on candidate’s experience, skills, and references feedback.
