The job captain would be responsible for working with the design team and project managers in the development and production of the construction documents, coordinating with the project consultants and contractors, conducting field surveys and verifying existing conditions, and maintaining the project files.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or interior design, experience in commercial interiors or related fields, recent experience in New York, is familiar with local building codes and construction standards, and is proficient in recent versions of AutoCAD/Rhino/Revit and other software.
