We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Architect to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for architectural design, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role offers an opportunity to work on projects from the design phase through execution, providing valuable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Drafting: Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and models using SketchUp and AutoCAD.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficient understanding of detailing in architectural drawings and specifications.
Project Execution: Coordinate with execution agencies (contractors, vendors) and site teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into construction.
Client Interaction: Maintain good communication with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and address queries.
Material Knowledge: Apply good knowledge of materials and construction methods to specifications, focusing on quality, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment, supporting senior architects and project managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD is mandatory.
Strong visual and spatial thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read, understand, and produce detailed architectural drawings.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
Compensation and Work Schedule
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skill).
Office Timings (Monday to Friday): 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Saturday Timings: Half-day (e.g., 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM).
