The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing + Digital Design Coordinator, senior staff, and Partners to support marketing, communications, and business development efforts.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with Partners and Project Managers on proposals and marketing initiatives
- Leading the coordination and production of proposals
- Developing and producing time-sensitive submissions and marketing collateral: brochures, presentations, awards, and qualification packages
- Maintaining project information database, project sheets, resumes, and brochure pages
- Writing and customizing text for submissions and marketing materials
- Assisting with client research and lead-finding
- Assisting with updates to the firm website, in coordination with the Marketing + Digital Design Coordinator
- Maintaining marketing calendars and logs
- Facilitating internal and external communications, including email blasts and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Related tasks as needed
This is a hands-on role, requiring direct involvement in all marketing tasks. Strong communication, writing/editing, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Word/Excel/InDesign/PowerPoint are required. Only candidates with experience in the AEC industry will be considered. Must be detail oriented.
Base Salary Range (commensurate with experience): $95,000 – $130,000
