WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead high-end custom residential projects from concept through construction
- Work directly with clients and consultants
- Guide design direction and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate in small teams (typically 2–3 people per project)
- Stay deeply connected to design while maintaining project leadership
- Gain exposure to firm strategy and long-term business planning

QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed architect with 8 or more years of professional experience
- Strong residential design and technical execution skills
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD and construction documentation
- Demonstrated experience leading projects and client relationships
- Interest in long-term leadership development within a boutique firm
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- $120,000-$140,000 (based on experience)
