A floating gastronomic pavilion will be designed to become a new symbol of the lagoon, where architecture and landscape merge into one. More than simply designing a conventional restaurant, the challenge lies in conceiving a holistic architectural experience.
The FLOATING TABLE project includes a main restaurant, a bar or lounge, dining terraces, a professional kitchen, service areas, restrooms,
a pedestrian access pier, and any additional spaces participants deem necessary to enrich the dining experience. Preference will be given to the inclusion of viewpoints, terraces, observation platforms, and pathways that strengthen the connection between the visitor and the landscape.
