The CPDI Africa 2026 International Design Competition
A global call to develop new architectural languages for Africa and the Diaspora that celebrate modern ethnic identities in the built environment.
The competition aims to redefine Africa’s housing landscape through contemporary expressions of architecture rooted in authentic African heritage. Participants will design scalable housing prototypes for residential development that fuse traditional African elements with modern sensibilities.
