About the Role
As a Project Associate, you will play an integral role in supporting the design and documentation of custom residential, commercial, and hospitality projects throughout Jackson and the Mountain West region. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with a team of highly skilled architects and designers, contributing to every phase of the design process. You’ll also collaborate regularly with our studios across the country as part of a unified, interdisciplinary firm.
Responsibilities
- Support project teams in the development of architectural design and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, drawings, and renderings
- Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders under the direction of project leadership
- Contribute to construction documents, detailing, and design development
- Participate in internal design reviews and team coordination meetings
- Help ensure projects meet design goals, technical standards, and deadlines
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture or design
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Design from an accredited university
- Proficiency in Revit, 3D rendering software (Enscape, Lumion, etc.), and other relevant architectural tools
- Strong design sensibility with a keen attention to detail and craft
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site in our Jackson, WY studio
